Integration / Welcome

The integration of our collaborators/employees involves the provision of a welcome booklet upon arrival and an individual interview with their hierarchical supervisor. All employees are invited to attend a half-day training session to facilitate their integration, covering generic topics such as Health and Safety, Environment, Human Resources, etc.

Personal development

For this, we favor a personalized approach for each individual, an approach that is based on an essential tool: the annual review. This review is standardized for all employees with the aim of better supporting their careers. It is a privileged moment of exchange and dialogue between the employee and their manager. Its purpose is to assess the past year and set goals for the upcoming year. It allows for planning the medium to long-term evolution of the employee by jointly setting objectives and expressing training wishes.
