En effet, cette future r\u00e9sidence de la SIC se situe au Quartier Latin, coinc\u00e9e entre 2 b\u00e2timents<br \/>\nexistants, \u00e0 la place du magasin \u00ab L\u2019Alg\u00e9ria \u00bb qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truit. C\u2019est un b\u00e2timent en R+6 sur la fa\u00e7ade c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue et en R+1 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Les pieux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 for\u00e9s courant mai, \u00e0 une profondeur moyenne de 20 m.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9quipe gros oeuvre a pris le relais avec la r\u00e9alisation des massifs de pieux, la pose des longrines et<br \/>\nla pose des pr\u00e9murs p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques. Aujourd\u2019hui, le plancher haut RDC, au-dessus des commerces et du parking, est termin\u00e9.
