The elected members and the management work closely together, meeting monthly and as required for regulatory procedural issues. Arb\u00e9 thus sets in place a relationship of trust and a healthy work environment for all \u2013 good industrial relations are very important for the company.<\/p>\n<p>The ISTNC (Institut sup\u00e9rieur du travail Nouvelle-Cal\u00e9donie &#8211; New Caledonia\u2019s Higher Institute for Labour Studies) provides industrial relations training, helping to promote good social dialogue within the company.
