Creating links to work together sustainably<\/h2>\n

It is essential for Arb\u00e9 that its men and women work together sustainably, allowing everyone to appreciate their job a little more each day. To do this, Arb\u00e9 remains vigilant and ensures that the basic values necessary for high-quality social policy are being applied: respect, recognition of good work, parity, equal social benefits for all and the application of collective and individual contract remuneration conditions.<\/p>\n

The general remuneration package within the company is attractive and is based on the salary scale for the specific sectors, but also rewards individual work. The remuneration package includes general social welfare coverage and private insurance. The employees benefit from the company agreements which are negotiated with the Staff Representatives that include incentive agreements or advantages based on attendance.
