Project description :

Superficial foundations for the stacker located at the production Vavouto plant.

This project on the KNS site consisted of realising 93 prefabricated elements of 38 tons on average. Following the excavation, the adjustment phase of the setting bed was a delicate process. The soil had to be compacted and the slope adjustment was rigorous to respect the 5mm altimeter variance of the bolts embedded in the girder. Two cranes were used in unison to lay the prefabricated girders.
